Anna Liotta, Why won’t Gen Z “come back to work?” and other generational disconnects

There is a costly disconnect in the American workplace today. You’ve probably heard people debating who gets the final word on where work happens. Is it online? On-site? Or is hybrid here to stay?

Anna Liotta says the disconnect is a generational one. Liotta is a Seattle-based generational strategist, author, speaker, and business consultant who has dedicated her career to helping people and companies understand how different generations communicate.

Liotta says every generation has a code that affects how we think, how we communicate, and, most important…how we view the world.

In this episode, Liotta gives employers and employees powerful tools to understand their codes and the codes of others. She says if you don’t get it, it will cost you in people, productivity, and lost profits.

Liotta even calls out host Mark Wright when his own code reveals itself during their conversation. So, what’s your code?
