Jeff Kaas

Jeff Kaas is the President of Kaas Tailored, a family-owned business near Seattle, WA. He and his colleagues have spent years studying the principles that govern work. They’ve found that by aligning their plans and actions to these principles, they can substantially increase their influence over the desired outcomes.

Over 40,000 guests worldwide have traveled to Jeff’s facility to learn first-hand how this thinking might apply to their lives. Jeff’s passion is to help current and future leaders transform their thinking to better serve their families, communities, and workplaces.

Simply put, when waste is removed from our daily activities, we create more value and experience more joy.

Jeff is also the lead consultant at Truth Bit Pull Consulting, a lean management consulting company. They help companies eliminate waste and improve their bottom line. Their mission is to teach companies to be like Toyota and create a more efficient and profitable business. Their vision is to see a world where all businesses are run with zero waste.

Outside of work? It’s all about family. Jeff is a husband to 1, father to 7, and grandfather to 3. He and his family attend Alderwood Community Church and actively participate in student ministry.
