Tamar Routly
PODCAST PRODUCER
Tamar Routly isn’t just a podcast producer—she’s an architect of connection and a master of organized complexity. With a background in technology and a passion for storytelling, she has a unique ability to turn intricate workflows into seamless production processes. Juggling multiple projects and clients, she thrives in fast-paced environments where creativity and organization intersect.
As part of the WORKP2P team, Tamar ensures that every aspect of podcast production runs smoothly, from concept to launch. She’s not just producing content—she’s creating the systems that make it easier for others to share their voices and inspire their audiences. Her expertise in structuring and streamlining workflows helps elevate the impact of every podcast she touches.
Outside of work, Tamar is deeply committed to helping others find their purpose. She hosts her own podcast You’re Sober, Now What?, which supports and guides sober women toward long-term recovery. Whether she’s working with podcasters, being of service to others, or facilitating meaningful conversations, her work is always about making people feel seen, heard, and empowered.
She is also a published author, with her biggest accomplishment being the release of Sobriety for Dummies as part of the renowned Wiley series. Through her writing, she continues to inspire and support those navigating the journey of sobriety.
In her personal life, Tamar’s favorite way to spend her time is with her wife, Melodie—an amazing human who makes every adventure even better. Whether they’re traveling to new destinations, enjoying a quiet night at home doing diamond art, or trying out a new restaurant to satisfy their shared love of food, being with Melodie is always the highlight of her day.
And when she’s not immersed in podcasts, learning fresh skills, or diving into personal development, you can usually find her planning an appy & games night or spending time with a friend catching up over good conversation. She’s always looking for ways to grow, evolve, and embrace new experiences, both personally and professionally.
"I bridge the gap between big ideas & practical action, using empathy, strategy, and storytelling to help others see and step into what's possible."

From A Different Angle
What was your first job?
I started doing transcribing for my dad back when you had to listen and type out transcriptions. At the age of 15 I got what I considered my first real job which was at good old McDonalds. That job ended up being a positive thing on my resume!
What is your superpower?
I have the ability to give people the space to just be themselves. Often this results in helping them see the great things in themselves that they are not able to see.
Favorite podcast and why?
Podcasting Business School, because Adam was my first podcast coach and taught me so much about organic growth which aligns a lot with what we do at WORKP2P.
Best advice you've ever gotten.
