The Power of Kolbe to Make Work Better with Amy Bruske

Have you ever heard of the Kolbe Index? It’s a unique assessment that measures how people naturally take action to solve problems and achieve goals.

Companies and organizations use the Kolbe to hire and build teams and to understand people in the workplace better.

The assessment was developed by and is named after creator Kathy Kolbe, who comes from a famous family in the assessment world.

Her father, E.F. Wonderlic, developed an intelligence test in the 1930s that’s been used for decades by the military and even the NFL.

Today, the Kolbe Corporation is owned and operated by Kathy Kolbe’s son, David, and step-daughter Amy Bruske. It’s clear the Kolbe is here to stay, and there’s even a version for kids.

Amy says the mission at Kolbe is to make sure people can use their strengths to find joy because when that happens, work doesn’t feel like work.
